Email name change

Can I change my name in my McCombs email address?
Your McCombs Email address can be modified. Your first name can be changed to what you prefer to be called, such as a nickname or middle name. We cannot shorten your name to initials.

To request a name change, please email Name Change Requests(namechange@mccombs.utexas.edu) with your current McCombs email name, your MSB account, and your requested change. *Note: Please email your name change request from your existing McCombs email account.
Please be aware that your old email address will not forward to your new address, so if you have already emailed someone or given out your McCombs email address to anyone, you should contact them and let them know your new address.
