Out of Office Considerations

Unexpected behavior can result from using Outlook's Out of Office feature directly from Outlook 2003. This unexpected behavior is due to differences in the way that the Out of Office feature is handled in Outlook 2003 (the version of Outlook most McCombs users run) and Exchange Server 2007, our current Exchange Server version. The Microsoft Exchange Team recommends using only Outlook Web Access for Out of Office configuration and for turning Out of Office on and off.
