Printing In Outlook 2007

Printing Emails

The option to print only a certain page range of an email is limited in Outlook 2007. Microsoft has provided some workaround solutions at this site. Those solutions do not print out the header information (ie, From, To, Subject, and Date fields) of the email. If you need to print out part of the body of the email and the header information, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the email by double-clicking on it in the Inbox.
  2. Click on the Other Actions button in the Ribbon toolbar, and select Edit Message from the menu. The message is now editable.
  3. Delete any text from the body that you do not want to print.
  4. Print the entire message as normal. The email’s header information (From, To, Subject and Date) will be included.
  5. Close the message. When prompted whether you want to save changes to this message, select No.

Printing Calendars

The Calendar Printing Assistant gives you more options for printing calendars in Outlook 2007. In addition, you can print out overlayed calendars, which is not available by default. Download the Calendar Printing Wizard for free at Microsoft's website.
